Wisconsin Meat & Cheese is a local gourmet grocery store located at 1027 Folly Road on James Island. We are opening a small kitchen to prepare different sandwiches and charcuterie boards/picnic boxes.

We are seeking  either (a) one full-time employee or (b) two part-time employees to join our team and help run our kitchen. This includes preparing a variety of easy gourmet sandwiches and different charcuterie boards/picnic boxes. Tasks also include keeping the kitchen organized and clean.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in deli prep or charcuterie board making. We are also willing to consider those who may not have the experience but who have extensively taken cooking or charcuterie board making up as a hobby.

Hours will depend on whether one employee or two employees are hired. We are open 10:00AM-7:00PM Tuesday through Saturday and 11:00AM-5:00PM on Sundays. Hours for employment are currently tentative but can be negotiated.
